Semi-automatic can sealing machine generally by hand, pneumatic can sealing machine, electric can sealing machine. Generally suitable for small business production, single piece production, small batch production factories.

Hand plate sealing tank machine is the most extensive semi-automatic sealing tank machine, because of the mechanical quality stability, easy debugging and other advantages, by the majority of small factories, small workshops, stalls shops and other units to use.

The sealing principle of this model is simple, using two knife folding sealing, the first knife for folding edge knife, the second knife for bending fastening knife. It is generally used to seal cans that are not vacuumized and filled.

Principle:

The machine is slightly more automatic than the hand-pulled sealing tank machine. Use two cylinders to replace manual arm and foot respectively.

Principle:

1. Place the jar with the lid on the tray.

2. Step on the pedal switch, and the bottom cylinder pushes the jar onto the pressing die.

3. Swing arm cylinder swing, so that the first knife, the second knife quickly roll cover edge fastening.

4. Output of finished products.

C, electric can sealing machine as shown on the right:

The difference between the electric sealing machine and the hand and pneumatic is that the first knife and the second knife are installed on both sides of the press die.

Principle:

1. Place the jar with the lid on the tray.
